Privacy Policy
Last updated · 5 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website, services and Learning Academy, and how we handle it. Plain English first; legal precision second.
1. Data we collect
We collect information you give us directly - name, organisation, email, role and any details you share in consultation forms, applications or downloads.
We also collect limited technical data automatically - IP address, device type, pages visited and approximate location - for analytics and security purposes.
2. Written enquiries
When you write to us through the contact form, we ask for your name, organisation, email address and message. We collect these so we can review your requirement and respond to your enquiry.
We process this data only for the enquiry you submitted, related service communication, and any newsletter subscription you separately opt into.
To ask about your enquiry information or withdraw a newsletter request, use the contact email shown on this website. We review these requests against the records we hold and applicable requirements.
3. How we use it
To respond to enquiries, deliver consulting services, run our Learning Academy, send The Field Note newsletter if you opt in, and improve our website.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with third parties except trusted processors (hosting, analytics, email delivery) who act on our instructions.
4. Retention
We keep client and learner records as long as needed to provide services and meet our legal obligations under Indian law, and delete them on request thereafter.
5. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided by writing to the contact email shown on this website.
You can request removal from The Field Note using the contact email. Published issues should also include the email provider’s unsubscribe option.
7. Security
Our public website uses HTTPS. Enquiry delivery and storage also depend on the configured hosting and email providers. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through the website.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The revision date is shown on this page.
