Privacy Policy

We collect information you give us directly — name, organisation, email, phone, role and any details you share in consultation forms, applications or downloads.

We also collect limited technical data automatically — IP address, device type, pages visited and approximate location — for analytics and security purposes.

When you tap our floating WhatsApp button and choose to share your requirements first, we ask for your name, phone number, email address and service requirement. We collect these so we can respond to your enquiry, share relevant materials, and prepare for the WhatsApp conversation you initiated.

We process this data only with your explicit consent — there is a separate checkbox you must tick before submitting, and we don't pre-tick it for you. Submitting also forwards the relevant details into the WhatsApp chat you opened, so our team can pick up the conversation in context.

This is aligned with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) — purpose-specific notice, explicit consent, and a clear withdrawal path. To withdraw consent or have the lead record deleted, email privacy@testategmen.com with the subject "Withdraw consent — [your name]". We process the request within seven working days.

To respond to enquiries, deliver consulting services, run our Learning Academy, send The Field Note newsletter if you opt in, and improve our website.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with third parties except trusted processors (hosting, analytics, email delivery) who act on our instructions.

We keep client and learner records as long as needed to provide services and meet our legal obligations under Indian law, and delete them on request thereafter.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Write to privacy@testategmen.com.

We use a minimal set of first-party cookies for site functionality, and privacy-respecting analytics to understand which content is useful. No third-party advertising trackers.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to staff who need it. We take security incidents seriously and notify affected parties promptly where required.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page for at least 30 days.
